WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
As our new website was just launched we're on our specials season - That means if you're shopping from one of our targeted countries USA, UK, AU and NZ you can shop store-wide and get FREE-SHIPPING on orders over $49. On smaller orders a standard shipping fee of $7.99 will be charged at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we got you covered. As our normal operation we do cover actively United States Continental, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK?
If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock. This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed. If you would like an update on when a product will come back into stock, please EMAIL US. You can always filter products only in stock and check the product tags to make sure the item you want is available.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept credit cards like Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We also have native integration with your favourite payment wallets like Apple Pay & Google Pay. If you would like to pay in instalments we do offer Shop Pay via Shop App a well known app that will enable you to pay later for your goods.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
We don't store your payment information whatsoever. All you sensible data is managed and store by huge organizations all PCI Compliant. All traffic between your machine and our servers are cryptographically secured, so you can rest-assured your in an 100% safe and compliant environment where you can make your purchases with no headaches.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
  1. Find the product you want via search bar or selecting a category via categories menu or maybe just going to the home page .
  2. On the product page or on the product thumbnail you can always click in the button ADD TO CART.
  3. For express-checkout just click on the payment button otherwise on the top right-hand side click on MY CART button.
  4. Via MY CART you can always double-check tax fees and shipment prices for various destinies worldwide. You can also make notes for our team giving more details/special instructions about your order.
  5. When you're happy with the values of your order and products you can just click the button PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  6. From there you'll be asked for your basic info, payment and address details.
  7. After the checkout you can save the checkout link on your browser favorites and check it regularly. Otherwise, we'll inform you via e-mail on each and every order status change.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference. To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details and store credit cards securely. Creating an account can be done as you check out by selecting new customer or sign-up. You can also create an account clicking here
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please Contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, you will receive a full refund. On the other hand, if your items have already been sent, your order can no longer be cancelled. To return a product once your order arrives, follow the Returns process. Please note that in such a case your delivery fee will not be refunded.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an email from our courier with a tracking number and a link to track its delivery. If you haven't received an email with tracking details, it just means we're still packing your order, and it's yet to be dispatched from our warehouse. If you checked out as a guest: Wait for your email with the tracking number and link to track its delivery. If you have an account: Login to your account and select the 'Track Order' tab Please note: It can take anywhere between 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become available on the courier's website.
